- Stainless Steel Materials
- We offer 304 and 316L stainless steel for different jewelry designs. Material selection depends on the product specifications and destination-market requirements.
- PVD & Surface Finishes
- Gold-tone, rose gold-tone and black PVD options can be evaluated according to product structure and project requirements, alongside natural steel-tone, mirror polishing, brushed satin and other surface effects. PVD finishing describes a surface-coating process; gold-tone refers to color and does not necessarily indicate actual gold content.
- Design, Dimensions & Stone Setting
- We support custom sizing, chain lengths, structural adjustments and selected stone settings with cubic zirconia (CZ), pearls and other components.
- Logo & Brand Identity
- Laser engraving, custom logo tags and applicable stamped logo options are available. Logo placement is assessed against the product structure.
- Custom Packaging
- We can coordinate jewelry boxes, pouches, branded display cards and care inserts according to confirmed project requirements.

After sample approval, bulk production is arranged at our Dongguan facility. Depending on the product structure, manufacturing may involve mold tooling, casting, stamping or CNC machining, followed by polishing, cleaning and applicable PVD finishing processes.
Quality checks can include material specification review, in-process dimensional checks, appearance and finish consistency assessments, and pre-shipment inspection based on the approved sample and order requirements. - MOQ: From 50 pcs for selected existing styles. Custom logo application, branded tags and printed packaging may have separate minimum quantities or setup costs.
- Pricing: Unit pricing is evaluated based on stainless steel grade (304 or 316L), piece weight, design and tooling complexity, stone setting, finish specifications and order quantity. Custom tooling and packaging costs are quoted separately where applicable.
- Lead Times: Estimates, not guarantees. Final MOQ, sampling schedules, tooling fees, quotation and bulk-production time are confirmed for each project.

How do you protect original designs?
Design files and project information are treated as confidential. Any NDA, custom mold exclusivity or ownership terms are discussed and agreed before tooling begins.
How are sampling and tooling fees handled?
Sampling and tooling costs depend on the design and project requirements. Fees, revisions and any agreed cost credits are confirmed in the project quotation.
What happens if a prototype sample needs adjustments?
We review the required changes and coordinate updates to the design or sample before bulk-production approval. The revision schedule and any additional costs are confirmed for the project.
How are inspection and shipping arranged?
Inspection requirements and third-party checks can be discussed before production. Shipping options may include international express, air freight and sea freight, depending on the order.
